The Blue Room
Contemporary high-end restaurant for academics staff, University of Southampton.
The Blue Room is the existing fine dining space for staff and academics, which located on the University of Southampton main high-field campus. It is a feasibility study project to assist the Catering Services Manager with their vision to further enhance the atmosphere and ambience in the Blue Room. The client’s desire is to improve the existing space to contemporary high-end restaurant design and atmosphere for patrons with a limited budget.
